RENT-WNC,LLC has been remodeling and building some of the areas nicest residential rentals since 2002. We are a small company that provides personal attention to our customers needs. We are serving the residential needs of Buncombe and Mcdowell counties. We provide houses for all needs from townhomes, duplexes , to houses for different size families. Our houses are well maintained with up to date appliances and up most quality.

Requirements:
The requirements for approval of tenancy include a good credit history and full background report, including references. A one year lease commitment is standard and pets may be approved in certain units with a non-refundable pet fee. We require a deposit equal to on month’s rental amount upon execution of the lease.
